Specialty Coffee

Specialty Coffee known as Specialty Coffee is a range of premium coffees with an 80+ score identified for their authentic characteristics. These are local coffees that come from small producers or cooperatives, which cultivate the specialty coffee without an intermediary, thus offering full traceability. Specialty coffee is a product classified as terroir wines: altitude, terroir, score, vintage. Quality coffee is grown at an altitude of over 1,200 meters to make the cherries dense and complex. 100% of our coffees are roasted, conditioned and packaged by us without intermediary or subcontracting to our workshop in Geneva. We control and carry out the entire coffee production chain from its green state to its final roasted state. We ensure the quality, traceability and transparency of each of our coffee ranges.
