
100% Robusta quality Indian coffee is characterized by its potency, persistence and intensity. With a racy character for a Robusta coffee, it develops aromas of vetiver, pepper and liquorice. A simple and light roasting called "blonde" is sufficient to retain all the aromatic complexity of a Robusta.
Important: this green coffee must be roasted before being used in an automatic coffee machine or a coffee grinder. If unroasted green coffee is used in a machine, it may damage it.
