

Peruvian coffee beans can be read by their aromatic power with a nice freshness on the palate. At the first tasting, notes of grapefruit fruit are formed, then at the end of the tasting, we find notes of ginger and cardamom. Harmonious in character, in order to develop its body and grapefruit power, we recommend a slow, artisanal “blond” roasting, so as not to disturb its beautiful acidity and liveliness in the mouth. Our Peruvian coffee is 100% washed arabica, of the catimor, caturra, typica and pache varieties. A delicious blend of origins.
Important: this green coffee must be roasted before being used in an automatic coffee machine or a coffee grinder. If unroasted green coffee is used in a machine, it may damage it.
