This Blend of specialty coffees allows you to dive into the heart of Brazilian flavors in Caparao, Guatemalan in Pampojila and Ilamatepec, for the aromas of El Salvador. Brazil, Caparao, Alto Jequitiba Exclusively managed by women producers whose group was created by Josimar Sodré, also nicknamed Lalá: Around here, they believe that specialty coffee was the key element of the future of grain. Lalá, her daughter and her neighbors Daiana and Aparecida embarked on the first plantations of specialty coffee. The women's and Lalá's coffee is renowned for being very sweet with a just-right and balanced touch of acidity. Guatemala, Solola, Pampojila It was at Alex Herrera, more than 1,470 m above sea level, that we unearthed one of the best specialty coffees in the country. At the heart of his Pampojila farm in Solola, which benefits from rich volcanic soil, Alex Herrera advocates responsible, sustainable and socially viable production. The liveliness of our coffee undoubtedly reminds us of the flavors of a good coffee from Huehuetenango. For more than 10 consecutive years, Alex Herrera has been buying a devastated farm, which he is putting back in place while helping to restore work to a hundred families around the region. Finally, Alex's plantation covers 500 hectares, but 250 serve as a nature reserve that is close to his heart. Salvador, Ilamatepec, Ayutepeque Emilio Lopez is above all a producer who reminds us of the good coffee of El Salvador. Holding his Cuatro M farm, he cultivates his delicious grain there in a bourbon-pacas blend with 75% washed process and 25% natural process in order to obtain the perfect balance in the cup. In addition to cultivating, processing and exporting his coffee around the world, Emilio Lopez will have allowed, since the year 2000, neighboring farmers to export their coffee from Emilio. Indeed, growing coffee is extremely difficult and expensive for individual growers, and Emilio makes the heaviest of coffee gardening tasks easier for them. We blend three “Specialty” terroirs of America to obtain the perfect specialty coffee in the cup. During roasting, our Blend Terroir develops notes of citrus fruits, cherries and caramel, with a low acidity, just remarkable.
