The 100% Arabica quality Indian coffee is characterized by its purely racy character, selecting the best beans in the country. We roast our coffee beans in "amber" to release the dominant aromas of smoked almonds. 100% Arabica quality, our delicious coffee is roasted by hand in our workshop in Geneva, for 12 to 15 minutes, for an exquisite aromatic complexity. To develop the aromas in the mouth, we recommend a filter coffee preparation, also known as slow coffee, or in espresso to make the coffee more full-bodied.
