The Chef's coffee in 250g grain coffee is distinguished by its beautiful distinction between liveliness and the power of gourmet flavors. 100% Arabica quality coffee of Brazilian, Colombian and Honduran origins, we roast this coffee by hand, and package it in our workshop in Geneva, while preserving its suave character with dominant aromas of chocolate. Roasted amber according to our roasting scale, the Chef's coffee in beans or ground offers an explosion of flavors on the palate, while maintaining a low intensity of acidity.

my favourite coffee
The Cafè du Chef by Trottet is by far my favourite coffee for brewing with an espresso machine (DeLonghi) and ground with a Baratza (both purchased at Trottet). It is fruity, intense but not too roasted, and good for every moment of the morning.
