
Brazil bean coffee reads through a well-balanced cup with a slight acidity. Its body is medium, with a very floral flavor on the palate. Brazilian coffee has a gourmet character and reveals aromas of grapefruit and cardamom. We recommend roasting Pure Origine coffee beans in "amber" in an artisanal way, in order to develop all the aromas cooked to the heart. 100% Arabica quality, the coffee comes from a "natural" treatment, making its liquor very intense.
Important: this green coffee must be roasted before being used in an automatic coffee machine or a coffee grinder. If unroasted green coffee is used in a machine, it may damage it.
