Established in 1872 by Cornelio Lemus, this plantation located at more than 1500m meters above sea level is located 16 km southwest of the city of Santa Ana, in Las Cruces. Today it belongs to Margarita Diaz de Lopez, great-granddaughter of the founder. This plantation, which benefits from a rich and fertile volcanic soil and a temperate temperature, covers an area of 70 Ha and also hosts the Beneficio used for processing coffee.

Since 2004 new varieties have been replanted. 90% of the area is cultivated with bourbon, and other plots well identified with Pacamara, yellow bourbon, typica and Kenya.

Une mousse dense une jolie odeur de pain grillé et en bouche c'est très équilibré...des notes de fèves de cacao.
