Mocca

Je le bois en passant ma commande et j'aime ce goût mocca qui reste en bouche après la dernière gorgée de café. Ni trop acide, ni trop corcé.

Je trouve que l'analyse sensorielle du produit décrit bien le résultat obtenu avec une machine à expresso:
Ce café est à la fois doux et léger en entrée (amande, cerise) mais la finale est acidulée (pamplemousse).

Personnellement je trouve qu'un café qui mélange douceur et acidité donne un résultat un peu déséquilibré qui ne correspond pas à mes attentes. Au final c'est une question de goût.
