Crema: a 100% Specialtycoffee Blend, with the best beans from:
The Café Entre Sierras association was born in 2018 in the foothills of the Perija mountains in the Valle del Cesar, in the very north of Colombia, where the majestic Andes Cordillera is formed. 16 families grow coffee on 385 hectares under the shade of native forests and share a vision of associative coffee growing by making their decisions democratically and transparently, whether commercial or financial. Their objectives are to be able to offer a better quality of life to the partners and a more serene future to the next generations.
Originally from the terroirs of Planadas and Gaitania, south of the Tolima region, this coffee is grown in a high altitude area very often covered by clouds. It is from this particularity that its name takes its origin, since “Fábrica” comes from “Fabric of clouds”. La Fabrica's coffee is a real favorite in specialty coffee, due to its rare altitude production (between 1,600 and 2,000m above sea level), guaranteeing organic cultivation.
The 100% Arabica blend from Colombia and Bolivia guarantees a perfect balance of flavors, thanks to the fusion of the Planadas and Tolima terroirs. These two regions benefit from a regular climate offering all the natural complexity of a specialty. With a slight hint of pleasant acidity on the palate, this coffee develops aromas of lemon, chocolate and caramel.
