“Notes of berries, nuts, chocolate and caramel. »
The objective of this joint partnership is above all to increase the number of producers and coffee growers in the heart of the region and farms closely surrounding the Del Chingo volcano to create a dynamic within the locality. Local temperatures are very high, and producers are joining forces to reforest the land, maximizing farm income, while reducing the impact of global warming.
Our desire is to increase the number of coffee growers with other farms surrounding the volcano in order to create a dynamic for the whole locality. Finally, the temperatures in this zone being increasingly high; the producers involved in this project aim to reforest their farms as much as possible in order to reduce the impact of global warming on their production.
