Ethiopian bean coffee remains our favorite, surely because of the birth of coffee in the country, according to the legend of Shepherd Khaldi. Ethiopian coffee reads through a rather intense and complex acidity, with a pleasant and smooth finish. Ethiopian coffee is tasted with a light body, and a floral taste in a cup. Each tasting reveals the aromas of exotic fruits from a quality 100% Arabica washed coffee, making the coffee slightly acidic and complex on the palate.
