Brazil Italian roasting 250G
Brazil produces almost a third of the world’s coffee. This means that the country of Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world. Almost 30,000 km2 are coffee plantations in this country. Brazil succeeds in this phenomenon thanks to its very favorable climatic conditions favorable to the growth of coffee. Coffee arrived in Brazil in the 19th century. As it was one of the world's leading coffee-producing countries, a hundred years ago the latter had achieved 80% of the world's coffee supply.
Our Pure Origin coffee from Brazil grows in the south of Minas Gerais: it is the most favorable place for the growth of coffee. Thanks to the climate, the soil, the altitudes, this original Grand Cru offers us a very sweet coffee with its sweet body and its perfect balance between a touch of bitterness and acidity. It is perfect in espresso. Italian roasting gives it all its body and strength while reducing the acidity.
