The coffees of Papua are full of potential. The east of the country offers coffees of great variety and very luxurious. The Ainora region therefore includes the coffee plantation. Unlike the more well-known hillsides, Eastern Papua offers high-altitude cafes in which many groups of small-scale producers each produce unique products. Papua, unfortunately affected by natural events, has been stopping its production for several years and is gradually recovering from natural disasters. Thus began the work of cooperatives: the small producers losing all their production come together to create a closer team to produce together.
The coffees of Papua New Guinea are mainly treated with natural treatment, almost in each plantation. The farm of our coffee is named Ainora. It is also the coffee washing station. Everything is done in the same place. The variety planted by our cooperative of small coffee producers is Arusha and Typica. We can easily find melon and chocolate flavors. The harvest takes place from October to December at more than 1'800 meters of altitude.
