Anfilloo is part of the coffee forest of western and southwestern Ethiopia today. In the past, this forest connected the present regions of Wallagga, Illubabor, Jimma and Kaffa by continuing south to the present border with Sudan. This ensemble is the birthplace of arabica and still today there are many wild forests. The populations of these regions have an ancient proximity to the altitude rainforest and especially the coffee which occupies a central place with within this group.
The coffee forest of Anfilloo presents interesting aspects and a diversity of a great richness concerning the altitudes, the grounds, the microclimates. True heritage of humanity, these forests offer a potential coffee
huge. The beans have a particular shape and we speak of "moka longberry".
