What does Catalina produce?

Catalina Vasquez will promote several varieties on its territory: She will propose us Caturra, Castillo, Maragogype, Geisha, Pacamara, Java, Bourbon. At Cafés Trottet, it is the variety Caturra that we have available thanks to Catalina. This Specialty Coffee whose vintage is 2017-2018 is freshly picked, neat and packed by the team of Catalina, is plucked at over 1680 meters above sea level. The cherries of the Caturra variety are bright red, expolosive. For the Caturra variety, harvests vary: this is the period from October to March. The coffee has benefited from a washed treatment so that our magnificent coffee offers us the aromas of caramel, citrus, flowers and red berries at the same time. And yes, the washed treatment will favor the acid sides (very good balanced acidity of course!)
