Mixture from Brazil, Colombia, Nicaragua, India
The Italian Blend coffee is a flagship and ancestral blend of our House. This is the second blend created by Théophile Trottet, in the 1940s. Specially designed for its strength and character, the Italian Blend coffee is carefully composed of beans from Brazil, Colombia, Nicaragua with a touch of Robusta from India. It ideally bears its name, "The Italian Blend" because of its pure character, its strength and its full-bodied aromas reminiscent of Italian coffee at each tasting. This Blend of Arabicas and Robustas roasted in our Geneva workshop is carefully prepared, roasted and regularly tasted by our Master Roaster to maintain the same gourmet and full-bodied character with each preparation.
Let yourself be carried away by a full-bodied blend of Arabicas and Robustas underlined by a medium roast, enhancing the powerful Italian character. The aromas of dried fruits and spices are released thanks to the full-bodied profile of the robustas beans, bringing strength and smoothness. Medium roasted, the Italian Blend is ideal for all preparation methods.
