Thanks to their facilities, Trottet Café offers a plethora of blends from the best coffees, gathered from the best plantations in producing countries. The quality of these coffees depends on the last two stages. Firstly, the grind. After being roasted, the coffee beans are ground. The fineness of the grind must be adapted depending on its exposure to hot water. This determines the acidity of the coffee, its smoothness and its scent. As such, in order to ensure perfect grading, Trottet Café uses high precision measuring equipment.

 

Next, the coffee is stored and packaged. To keep the aroma, the blends are stored in a place where the temperature and humidity are both consistent and controlled. Coffee that is too dry loses its qualities. The beans are vacuum packed in sachets that have a single direction valve. By mixing experience with modern packaging, Trottet coffees are guaranteed to last for 18 months.
